Ceremony and Reception Area:
Three bedroom, two bath, 2000 square foot home with handicapped
accessible restroom. Intimate garden landscaping complete with a
tumbling waterfall and small pond surrounds the “L” shaped lawn
area. A Wisteria-covered arbor shades half of the patio area that is
immediately adjacent to east side of house, perfect for dining
and/or dancing. The fully-equipped kitchen can be accessed easily
from the patio, allowing comfortable ingress and egress for
caterers. Dining can be set up indoors, outdoors or both. The large,
high-beamed living room has gorgeous westward views and provides
ample space to accommodate guests, while adjoining bedrooms offer
privacy to the wedding party.


Parking:
Parking is private and off-street. Parking attendants are
provided. A shuttle can be provided upon request.
Time Restrictions:
The entire facility is available to you 24/7 from 3:00 p.m.
Friday to 11:00 a.m. Sunday. Additional nights can be booked upon
request when available. Rehearsal and Reception must be over by
10:00 p.m.
Fees:
Full House Farm Vacation Rental & Retreat…$670.35*
Ceremony Fee…$1,000.00**
Ceremony & Reception Guest Fee…$7.00 per person
Rehearsal Guest Fee…$7.00 per person
Parking Attendants Fee…$20.00 per hour per attendant***
Rental Equipment (Wedding Arch, tents tables, chairs, umbrellas,
linens, flatware and glassware, etc.)…cost of rental and delivery
plus 10%
*Covers up to two overnight guests. Each additional overnight guest
is $10.90 per person per night and there is fee attached to their
attendance to either the rehearsal, wedding, or reception
**Covers assistance in site coordination and management. Client must
provide Site Coordinator and all related personnel
***Two Parking Attendants are required.
A $500.00 refundable Security Deposit is required. Any damage repair
will be deducted at cost of replacement plus $75.00 per hour. Any
necessary cleaning beyond five hours will be deducted at $25.00 per
hour.
Client must provide proof of liability insurance for both the
rehearsal and wedding day.

Suggested Caterers:
You may wish to consider selecting your caterer as soon as
possible after reserving your event date to guarantee availability
with the caterer of your choice.
